- 8 oz of either New York steak or rib-eye.
- Olive oil as desired
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of “Nouel’s Secret Sauce” per 8 oz
- Remove the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
- At room temperature rub the olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
- Let it sit for 20 minutes for better ﬂavor.
- Grill steak to desired preference. Trim the fat on the sides to create a perfect rectangle.
- Serve with Nouel's Secret Sauce for dipping.
