Grilled Steak


  • 8 oz of either New York steak or rib-eye.
  • Olive oil as desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of “Nouel’s Secret Sauce” per 8 oz



  • Remove the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
  • At room temperature rub the olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
  • Let it sit for 20 minutes for better flavor.
  • Grill steak to desired preference. Trim the fat on the sides to create a perfect rectangle.
  • Serve with Nouel's Secret Sauce for dipping.
